Middle and high school students from throughout the region will come to the campus of Youngstown State University for the 2016 Northeast Ohio Robotics Education Program on Wednesday, March 9, in Beeghly Center.
The opening ceremony is set for 9 a.m., followed by team presentations and a concluding awards ceremony at 12:30 p.m.
Schools and groups participating include Boardman Center Middle School, Boy Scout Troop, Chaney STEM School, LaMarch "Music at Noon" concerts feature percussion, voice, early music, brass

STEM Internship/Co-op Expo this week on campus
The STEM Professional Services office in the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics hosts the semi-annual STEM Internship/Co-op Expo 12 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center at Youngstown State University.
Employers from private, non-profit and government sectors will participate in the event to recruit and fill available internship and co-op positions. Employers can register until Monday, Feb.
