Youngstown State University’s Office of Career Exploration and Development is holding a Social Impact and Public Service Job and Internship Fair on Feb. 13.
The event will be held 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center and is open to students of all majors. There will be a casual dress code.
Employers attending the event include Cadence Care Network, the City of Akron, Economic Action Group, Meridian HealthCare, the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections, Peace Corps, WFMJ and more.
Youngstown State University's Penguin Productions announces the expansion of their annual music and arts festival. Federal Frenzy 2025 has been upgraded to a two-day event.
The event will kick off Friday, April 25, at Penguin City Brewing Co. on E. Federal street and will continue on Saturday, April 26, on W. Federal street. The two-day event will feature unforgettable musical performances, food, activities and more.

Youngstown State University announces “Never Again: Education and Memories of the Holocaust” a presentation by Avi Ben-Hurat, 11 a.m., Feb. 11.
The event is free and open to the public. Sponsored by the YSU Center for Judaic and Holocaust Studies in conjunction with the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation, the event will be held in McKay Auditorium in Beeghly Hall, on the YSU campus.

Returning to the Youngstown State University campus July 12 and 13, 2025, artists of all mediums, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, glass, textiles, jewelry and photography are encouraged to register for the event.
