A YSU delegation had a rare opportunity to lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns in Arlington National Cemetery. Guests from Youngstown as well as YSU alumni living in D.C. gathered for lunch afterwards.

The Tampa Bay YSU Penguins alumni group formed in 2010 and has been hosting regular events ever since. YSU alumni and friends are welcome to attend events, and volunteers are always needed. Purpose

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) is a research competition developed by The University of Queensland.  The competition develops academic, presentation, and research communication skills and supports the development of research students' capacity to effectively explain their research in three minutes in a language appropriate to an intelligent but non-specialist audience.
