University Events is pleased to provide prop and banner loans as a service to colleges, departments and groups of the university for their events. These items are lent out for a period of one to two days in length and must be scheduled in advanced and signed off on by a faculty or staff member. Should any item be lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement fee will be charged.
Once your request is received a team member will follow up with you.
Grad Central and Cap & Gown Distribution will be held on Wednesday, April 29th from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. in the YSU Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Caps & gowns will also be available on Thursday, April 30th from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
