Youngstown State University is pleased to announce that as of October 2013 the billing for your Youngstown State University Federal Perkins Student Loans will be handled by Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI). ECSI is a billing service provider for the college, not a collection agency. We believe this change is a benefit to both borrowers and Youngstown State University.
Youngstown State University processes paper checks electronically. If you deliver a check in person, mail it, or place it in the payment drop box, you are authorizing YSU to use the information on your check to convert that check to an electronic Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction.

In accordance with IRS regulations, Youngstown State University has made available Form 1098-T. Form 1098-T is provided to assist you in determining your potential education tax credit. If it is important for your parent or others to know this information, and it is your choice for them to know, please forward this email to them. Not all students will receive a 1098-T.
