Bio
Professor Bateman has a background as a financial analyst, corporate education manager, and technical analyst in the banking and financial services industries. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. His research has been published in many of the top academic journals, including MIS Quarterly (MISQ), Information Systems Research (ISR), Information Systems Journal (ISJ), and Journal of Computer Mediated Communication (JCMC). His work has also been presented at the leading international and national conferences in business.
