YSU launches "Walk with a Prof" this week

Walk with a Prof, a new initiative of Youngstown State University’s Employee Wellness Program and the YSU Department of Kinesiology and Sport Science, launches this week at the WATTS center on campus.
The program includes a 15-minute wellness-related talk, followed by a walk at the indoor track.

- Wednesday, Feb 19, noon, “Building Resilience,” Sharon Stringer, professor, Psychology.
- Thursday, March 26, 12:30 p.m., “Self-Care and Managing Anxiety,” Anne Lally, assistant director, Student Counseling Center.
- Thursday, April 23, noon, “Healthy” Apps for Your Smart Phone,” Adam Earnheardt, professor and chair, Communication.
