Wednesday, Sept. 23, 7 p.m. “Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials Associated with Unconventional Drilling for Shale Gas,” a lecture by Andrew Nelson, candidate Presidential Graduate Research Fellow Human Toxicology, University of Iowa, will be presented in Cushwa Hall Room B100. The free lecture is part of the Speaker Series on Energy and the Environment. Thursday, Sept. 24. Thursday, Sept. 24, 5 to 7 p.m. The Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor hosts a free screening of the film, La Mia Strada (My Road).
