Monday, Jan. 16, 7 p.m. The women’s basketball team faces off against Cleveland State in Beeghly Center.
Wednesday, Jan. 18, 12:15 p.m. The Dana School of Music, in collaboration with the Butler Institute of American Art, presents a Music at Noon recital featuring David Morgan and Friends. The concert at the Butler is free and open to the public and parking is free at the Butler.
Thursday, Jan. 19, 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Rochelle Robinson, a native of Youngstown’s South Side and the first African American mayor of Douglasville, Ga., gives the keynote address at the annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Diversity Breakfast in the Chestnut Room of Kilcawley Center.
Friday, Jan. 20. The WATTS hosts the YSU College Invitational track meet, featuring teams from Cedarville, Clarion, Malone, Lake Erie, Northern Kentucky, Ohio University (Women), Pitt-Johnstown, Pittsburgh, Point Park, Robert Morris (Women), Slippery Rock, St. Vincent, Walsh, Wheeling Jesuit and Youngstown State.
Friday, Jan. 20, 6 to 8 p.m. A public reception is scheduled for two new exhibits at the McDonough Museum of Art at YSU. The exhibits, “Alex Webb: La Calle, Photographs from Mexico” and “Selections from the Collection of the Richard M. Ross Art Museum, Ohio Wesleyan University,” will be on display through March 3.
Friday, Jan. 20, noon. Tiffin faces the YSU men’s tennis team, followed at 7 p.m. by another match against Niagara. The team then plays Duquesne 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 22. All games are at the Boardman Tennis Center.
