Monday, Aug. 29 through Friday, Sept. 2. YSU Welcome Week activities continue as the Fall semester gets underway.

Tuesday, Aug. 30, 7 p.m. The Penguins’ volleyball squad opens the home season in Beeghly Center vs. Duquense.

Thursday, Sept. 1, 7:30 p.m. The Penguins’ football team opens the 2016 season under the lights in Stambaugh Stadium vs. Duquense.

Thursday, Sept. 1, 7:30 p.m. Free concert featuring music from Wilson Poffenberger, YSU alumnus, on saxophone and Nancy DeSalvo on piano in Bliss Hall.

Sunday, Sept. 4, noon. The Penguins’ soccer team opens the home season vs. Longwood at Farmers National Bank Field on campus.

Monday, Sept. 5. YSU closed for Labor Day holiday.
