Real Estate classes start at YSU

Individuals who want to earn a license as an Ohio real estate salesperson can begin coursework in the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University. Completion of four courses is required to take the state exam: Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Appraisal. All classes are offered 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Williamson Hall at 221 N. Hazel Street on the YSU campus. An annual of schedule of Real Estate classes and online registration along with additional information are available at www.ysu.edu/wcba. Real Estate Law: Monday and Wednesday (10 sessions) $295, March 21 to April 20. Real Estate Principles and Practices: Tuesday and Thursday (10 sessions) $295, March 22 – April 21. Real Estate Appraisal: Monday and Wednesday (5 sessions) $195, May 2 to 16 and November 2 to16. Real Estate Finance: (5 sessions) $195, May 3 to 17 and November 1 to 15.
