“We encourage everyone to do something special this Valentine’s Day. A Kiss to Build a Dream On features jazz favorites drawn from the American Song Book, highlighting iconic tunes and dazzling voices from the Musical Theatre program,” said Stephanie Smith, interim chair of Theatre and Dance. “Make it an evening with the special gourmet dinner option, prepared by the experts at the B&O. A cash bar and a Youngstown cookie table will make Valentine’s Day one of a kind.”
Dinner selections include chicken Marsala and mashed potatoes; bourbon glazed salmon served over rice pilaf with grilled vegetables or vegan steakhouse mushroom tacos served with jasmine rice, avocado and a black bean & corn relish. All meals include appetizer, garden salad and dessert.
