Looking for customers? Here's how to get help

“Where in the World are Your Customers?” is the title of workshops Aug. 14, 21 and 28 in the Williamson College of Business Administration on the campus of Youngstown State University.

The sessions presented the Ohio Small Business Development Center and Export Assistance Network include a hands-on tour of publically available, yet not-well-known, databases that provide businesses with the means to make better informed strategic decisions. The sessions provide an in-depth understanding of the implications data has on business, from both the strategic and operational levels. Those registering for all three sessions will also receive an on-site consultation from an SBDC business consultants.

Registration is $25, and space is limited to 20 participants.
