Lights, camera, action! Open Projector Night April 10 at McDonough

You’ve heard of open mic nights, where would-be amateur comedians take the stage to perform? Well, mark your calendars for Open Projector Night - an event where aspiring filmmakers get the opportunity to show off their wares.

The one-hour show starts at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 10, in the McDonough Museum of Art on the campus of Youngstown State University. The event is free and open to the public.

Video and films clips, maximum 10 minutes in length, should be emailed to caberlinski@ysu.edu. The films can be a finished pieces or works in progress. Acceptable file formats are MP4, MOV or a link to a host site, i.e. YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox. All submissions will be pre-screened for offensive content. Entries are first come, first served until the 60-minute program length is reached.
