Jazz Ensembles perform Feb. 19 in Kilcawley

The Youngstown State University Jazz Ensembles perform 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 19, in Kilcawley Center’s Chestnut Room. The concert is free and open to the public.

The ensemble performs music by Mercer Ellington, Bill Holman, Gerry Mulligan, Dizzy Gillespie, Buddy Rich, a new arrangement of Horace Silver’s “Nica’s Dream” by YSU student Dan Mihelarakis, and selections by YSU faculty member Dave Morgan and former Kent State University faculty Chas Baker.
