Get In Line

Lines formed at both Stambaugh Auditorium and in the basement of Cushwa Hall last month for two distinctly different events. Hundreds stood in line to hear a lecture by Gloria Steinem, right, the iconic visionary of the women's movement. Steinem presented the Centofanti Symposium before a sold out audience at Stambaugh. Dozens also stood in line at Cushwa, below, as YSU held a one-day surplus sale of electronics, ranging from keyboards to printers. The sale brought in nearly $6,500, said Martyn Moss, manager of Building Services.
