Faculty, staff recognition events expanded

The university will celebrate Faculty Recognition Week the week of April 11, and Staff Recognition Week the week of May 9. Each celebration will include a breakfast hosted by President Jim Tressel and Tod Hall Leaders, an informal reception at a downtown restaurant and an awards banquet. The faculty banquet will be April 12, and the staff banquet will be May 11. “As a campus community, these events are an important culmination of another successful academic year, and they give us the opportunity to show our appreciation for the many wonderful people who make YSU an institution of excellence,” Tressel said.
