Close Encounter

That wasn’t a “Close Encounter of the Third Kind” that you may have spotted hovering over Cushwa Hall last week. And it wasn’t a visit from “ET” or a “Star Wars” X-wing fighter or, well, name your favorite 1970s sci-fi movie. What it was, was a giant crane removing old, outdated communications dishes and other equipment from the roof of Cushwa Hall. The university took advantage of the relative quiet of campus during Fall Break to cherry-pick the items from the rooftop.
