"Cinderella" opera performed on campus April 20

The Dana School of Music and the Donald P. Pipino Performing Arts Series present a free school-day performance of Massenet’s opera Cinderella 11 a.m. Friday, April 20, in Bliss Hall’s Ford Theater on the campus of Youngstown State University.

The performance is free, but reservations are required.

The opera is a one-act performance lasting approximately one hour, and it is suitable for children of all ages.  

“This well-known romantic story of Cinderella contains beautiful melodies that are full of emotion,” said Professor Misook Yun, Dana Opera ensemble director.
