Residential Housing Association

Youngstown State University is proud to offer you the Residential Housing Association. The Residential Housing Association is the voice of on-campus residents between all university-owned halls. RHA is responsible for creating a positive campus community, planning programs, educating students, and having fun while working with RAs and Hall Council.

RHA is the overarching program and advocacy board for all residents under Housing & Residence Life. For efficiency, each house, University Courtyards, Wick, Lyden, Cafaro, and Kilcawley house has an Advisory Council that consists of executive members who work closely with RHA and the respective Housing Coordinator to program and advocate on behalf of the building's residents.
