- Log into Banner
- Click on Banner Self Service
- Click on the tab labeled Faculty Services
- At the bottom of the Faculty and Advisors page, click on Writing Repository Submissions
- Select the current term
- Choose a class
- The screen will display a list of the students who have and have not submitted writing samples
- Click on the button labeled Send Email to send a reminder to students who have not uploaded a document; the text of the message will be displayed on the screen
