STEM Expo Information and Registration

The College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) welcomes all current STEM undergraduates, graduates, and alumni who are seeking opportunities for internships, co-ops, REU’s, and/or full-time positions upon graduation or beyond. 


As a registered employer for this event, you will have the opportunity to chat with YSU STEM students who are seeking either an internship/co-op position, a research experience (REU), and/or graduating students or alumni who are seeking full-time employment.

STANDARD REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
One table clothed 6’ table, two chairs, up to two parking spaces, Wi-Fi access, brunch, snacks and beverages during the afternoon, an overview summary with company logo in the STEM Expo Booklet, a vertical sign on your table with your company logo and listing of majors you are seeking and on the backside a key on how to differentiate between majors (Color coded system), curbside drop-off assistance on side of Stambaugh Stadium, parking, and a STEM Complimentary gift.

BOOKLET DEADLINES: 
Once you register, we need your booklet information ASAP. Deadline for ads and email correspondence from STEMexpo@ysu.edu is Friday, February 7, 2025 at 5:00 PM.  

For anyone who registers past this date, your information will still be provided to the students, but as an insert within the booklet. We need your insert information ASAP. Deadline for email correspondence from STEMexpo@ysu.edu is Friday, February 21, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

REFUND/CANCELLATION TERMS: 
Cancellations made after Friday, February 7, 2025 at 5:00 PM and/or employer no-shows the day of the event are NOT eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Registration after Friday, February 7, 2025 at 5:00 PM is subject to the same policy. Additionally, employers who cancel Friday, February 7, 2025 at 5:00 PM and have not paid registration fees will still be billed.

LATE PAYMENTS: 
Payment is due by Friday, February 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Payments made after February 14, 2025 will incur a $50 late payment charge.
